Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Vintagevibe With S, our aim is to provide you with the finest jewelry. However, we understand that there may be situations where you need to cancel an order or request a refund. Please read our policy below.
1. Cancellation Policy
- Before Shipment: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at vintagevibewiths@gmail.com / +91 96385 96358. If the order has not been shipped yet, we will cancel it and initiate a full refund to your original payment mode within [5-7] business days.
- After Shipment: If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You will need to receive the package and then initiate a “Return” request as per our Return Policy below.
- Custom/Personalized Orders: Orders for customized jewelry (e.g., engraved rings, custom sizes, or specific designs made just for you) cannot be cancelled once the manufacturing process has started (usually within 24 hours of placing the order).
2. Return Policy
We offer a [7-Day / 15-Day] return policy for eligible items. You have [Number] days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Unworn & Unused: The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused.
- Original Tags: The item must have the original tags attached. Note: If the tamper-proof tag is removed or broken, the return will strictly NOT be accepted.
- Original Packaging: It must be in the original packaging with the invoice and certificate of authenticity (if applicable).
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned:
- Customized or personalized jewelry (e.g., name necklaces, engraved items).
- Items purchased on “Final Sale” or heavy discount.
- Nose pins (due to hygiene reasons).
- Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or resizing by a third-party jeweler.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive your return, our Quality Assurance team will inspect the jewelry.
- Approval: If the return is approved (item is intact with tags), we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.
- Timeframe: Please allow [7-10] business days for the refund to reflect in your bank account.
- Deductions: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, a nominal shipping charge may be deducted from your refund amount.
5. Damaged or Defective Items (Important)
Please inspect your order upon reception. We highly recommend making an Unboxing Video without any cuts or edits. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours with the unboxing video so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
